Peru Naturtex Partners is a
contract manufacturing organization, vertically integrating organic fiber production -
cotton and alpaca with sustainable processing for over 125 different eco textile
products, including both carded and combed yarns, fabrics and apparel in a wide variety of
weights and qualities. We
manufacture the entire range of products in Peru, in socially responsible and inspected
facilities.
Since 1994, all our cotton production is
certified organic by Control Union/SKAL and we are now the company with the longest
history of Skal certification world-wide.
In 2005, Naturtex became the first company
of its kind in the Americas to be both organic (Control Union EU Skal 4235 and 5051, GOTS
and NOP) and Fair Trade (FLO CERT ID 4543) certified.
